Students obtaining an Arts and Sciences: Biological Sciences degree can also be a part of CSM’s cooperative education program. This can lead to full-time permanent employment.

Points of Distinction
  1. Occupations are abundant with a biological sciences degree, ranging from a biologist to a conservation scientist, to a dentist, to a veterinarian.

  2. Employment of biological scientists is projected to grow much faster than the average.

  3. Students can easily transfer to a four-year college or university after completing their associate’s degrees at the College of Southern Maryland.
