Daily Visit Punch Pass

Visit the pool or fitness center by using a punch pass:
10 Punch pass $49.00
20 Punch pass $89.00

The punch pass is good for the La Plata and Leonardtown Campus Fitness Centers and Pools, and the Prince Frederick Fitness Center. Visitors to the fitness centers that are 14 and 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Purchasers and members of their immediate family, or guests, under the age of 16 are allowed to use the pool at both the La Plata and Leonardtown campuses. The punch pass cannot be used for group exercise classes. The pass is non-transferrable and ID will be required. Passes are good for one year from the date of purchase. All purchasers are required to complete an Informed Consent (liability waiver) and a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form for themselves and minor children. To purchase this punch pass bring the Wellness and Aquatics Center Punch Pass Sign up form to the Bursars Office at the La Plata, Leonardtown or Prince Frederick campuses for payment.

Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment is a great tool to assist in creating a well-balanced, effective fitness program. Our staff will assess various fitness components such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, and flexibility. You will receive a computer printout of your results and a personalized exercise program to assist in achieving your fitness goals.

Fee: $30

Body Composition

A body composition assessment is an excellent tool to evaluate the progress of a fitness program. Our staff will use either skin-fold calipers or bioelectrical impedance to estimate your body fat and lean mass. You will receive a printout of your results and how to incorporate the information into your fitness program.

Personal Training Flier

Our personal training program allows you to workout one on one with a certified personal trainer. Your workout will be individualized based on your own personal fitness goals.
