Conference Center Services
Reserving a Room
Requests should be made a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event to ensure that space is available and adequate support services can be provided. To make a request please use our Reservation Request Form found on our web site. Submission of the Reservation Request Form does not guarantee that the space you have requested is available. You will be assigned a room according to the needs of your event. We reserve the right to relocate events as needed. Confirmation will be made once a contract has been processed. No verbal or written publicity should take place until confirmation has been granted.
Parties, celebrations or activities that are essentially social in nature may not be scheduled.
Room Access
Your room is available 15 minutes prior to your event start time unless a reserve time has been requested. We reserve the right to schedule another event 30 minutes after your designated end time.
Room Rental Fees
The room rental fee must be received in full at the time of the submission
of the fully executed Facility Use Contract.
Cancellations
For cancellation of an event Conference Services must receive a written
cancellation notice a minimum of 15 working days prior to the event. Failure to
comply will result in the forfeiture of the facilities charge. Activities using
college facilities will be automatically cancelled when the college closes due
to inclement weather or other emergency conditions.
Decorations
Placement of signs and decorations require prior approval and their use must be
coordinated through Conference Services. Nails, hooks, tacks and tape used to
secure signs or decorations are prohibited. We are not liable for any damages
and we reserve the right to pass on additional costs to you.
Training
The Conference Center will allow a user to provide free training for its own
employees using its own trainers, or if the training is not available through
CSM and the training is offered under an agreement with the college.
Catering
J&D Hospitality is the exclusive caterer for all food/beverage service.

Security
At its discretion, the Conference Center may require that security and/or law
enforcement personnel be assigned to an event. The user is responsible for the
additional cost of this service.
