SHRM Certification Courses

The College has formed an alliance with the Society of Human Resource Managers to offer training designed to benefit all member of the human resource function.  These courses will benefit both those entering the world of HR or looking to pursue the PHR^® or SPHR^TM designation. 

The SHRM^® Essentials of Human Resource Management course is designed for entry-level HR professionals, those exploring HR as a career field, and team leaders with supervisory accountability.  It is also appropriate for HR professionals, such as staffing specialists, whose experience has been in a single function area.

The SHRM^®  Learning System course provides an in-depth study of key areas in human resource management and is intended for those pursuing the PHR^® or SPHR^TM designation.
