Driver Improvement Program/Point System Conference

The Point System Conference (PSC) segment of this training is required for drivers that have accumulated 5, 6, or 7 points on their driver's record within a two year period.  The Driver Improvement Program (DIP) is required by Maryland law for individuals that have a suspended or revoked driver's license.  DIP may also be required for certain violations sited under a Provisional Licensed or if you have failed to attend a PSC when assigned.  Individuals participate in either program   through referral by courts or an Administrative Law Judge.

Register by filling out a Continuing Education Registration Form for the Driver's Improvement Courses or online via Online Express Services.

Course Cancellation
The college reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. However, effort will be made to minimize undue hardships on students. Students enrolled in courses canceled by the college will automatically receive full refund of tuition and fees.
