3 ways to register
- In Person/Express Counter
Print and complete the registration form and submit it to the CSM Express Counter at the La Plata Campus, or to the registration office at any campus. Registration hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pay by personal check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
- By Fax
Fax registration form to 301-934-7698. Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
- By Mail
Complete the registration form, entering all information. Incomplete forms cannot be process and will delay your registration. Send payment with your mail-in registration either by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
