Calculating Number of Credits

You can find the number of credits for each class in the Schedule of Classes or within Online Services.

IMPORTANT: Most courses are worth more than one credit.

To calculate the total number of credits for a semester, add the number of credits for each class for the total number. In the example above, ENG 2010 is worth 3 credits, and ENG 1010 is worth 3 credits. If both classes were taken in one semster the total number of credits for the semester would be 6.
