
Archival Finding Aids - A finding aid is a descriptive guide to an archival collection. The finding aid typically provides a summary and inventory of each collection's contents. Please browse the SMSC Finding Aids for descriptions of the Archival & Manuscript Collections, Genealogical Research Collections, Oral History Collections, and Photographic Collections. Archival materials are non-circulating and must be viewed onsite.
Online Collections Catalog - SMSC's Online Collections Catalog contains thousands of searchable records relating to the materials housed in the SMSC Archives. Many of these records include digital images of collection material. Use the catalog to search for materials by keyword. New records added periodically.
CSM Library Catalog - Search the entire library catalog! The catalog contains information on books and printed materials located in the SMSC Reading Room. Call numbers with an "Md" in the prefix indicate that the item is located in the SMSC Reading Room. Reading Room materials are non-circulating and must be viewed onsite.
