About CSM
Prince Frederick Campus Parking
Parking Rules
Parking rules and regulations were formulated to ensure that parking is available to members of the college community, emergency vehicles (such as fire equipment and ambulances), and to enable the physically handicapped to have clear access to all buildings on campus at all times. Parking is permitted only in marked parking spaces within designated parking areas.
Only those vehicles displaying a handicapped license plate or permit from the MVA are authorized to park in the designeated handicapped parking spaces. Failure to display a permit may result in fines up to $100.
Signage is placed to indicate where students are able to park on the Prince Frederick Campus, and students are reminded to continue to park in the designated areas or as directed within parking lots. Remember, parking is not permitted on J.W.Williams Road nor on Route 231 at any time, and cars parked illegally will be towed.
As you travel to and from our campus, please be aware that:
- Parking is limited; please car-pool with a fellow student if you can!
- Please park in designated areas only or as directed within the parking lots.
- Save gas & be green: if you're looking for car-pooling options, a ride share board is available in the student lounge.
- Students will be informed as quickly as possible of any parking changes that may occur. Updates to this information will be posted here and at the Prince Frederick Campus.
