Description:
Find out the principles of designing computer controlled robots. Get an introduction to common tools, techniques and styles in computer controlled robot design. Lab lessons are included for students to modify pre-built computer controlled robots as well as design original computer controlled robots using the NXT Mindstorms Robot Kit and computer software. Materials will be provided to allow students to collaborate on building robotic projects. The exploration of training and employment opportunities in the professional field of computer controlled robot design will also be included.
