Designing a Web Page is a creative adventure. Study the principles of designing and developing a personal Web Page. Learn basic programming language, layout strategies, how to add and edit text, and how to add pictures and animations to a Web Page. Develop your own personal Web Page that can be sent to an Internet provider for posting to the World Wide Web with parental permission.
