Description:

Essentials of Customer Service Skills covers the five keys to service excellence that any organization has to implement. Topics include Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness. Participants will discuss elements of caring service, the physical aspects of service experience, the timeliness of service and the willingness to help. The ability to perform the promised services will be discussed. Textbook required.
