Sexual Harassment Prevention

Description:

Supervisors, line managers, and staff should have a clear understanding of the legal, policy, and intervention concerns related to preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. This course will discuss and define sexual discrimination, sexism, sexual harassment, quid pro quo, hostile work environment, and subtle sexual harassment. Specific examples of sexually harassing behavior including verbal, non-verbal and physical behaviors will be discussed. Textbook required.
