Performance appraisal is often done based on supervisor's subjective judgment rather than objective indictors of performance such as productivity and other factors. This training covers elements of performance indicators and communicating these indicators to employees to enhance performance. Topics include communicating performance dimensions, measuring performance and measurement tools. Other topics include monitoring performance, empowering employees to achieve their best, and constructive feedback for optimal productivity.
