Supervision 101 is designed to prepare supervisors for the unique responsibilities which arise when they make the transition into a management position. Participants will overview the role of the supervision and will examine specifically those management skills which will help them in directing others to accomplish work. Topics addressed include: management skills and functions of communication, decision making, planning, organizing , and directing .
