Tools for Effective Problem Solving

Description:

This training is an overview of the management and decision making tools needed to solve everyday problems in the workplace. Participants will discuss the process of planning: defining a problem, analyzing its impact, exploring alternatives and deploying appropriate resources. Other topics include the six-step process of problem solving and the pitfalls of trying to solve a problem without understanding its root cause. Textbook required.
