Description:

Leadersip Styles identifies the four types of personalities that apply to most supervisors: dominance, influence, steadiness and consciousness. This training offers an opportunity for each participant to complete an assessment of their behavioral style using the DiSC Classic Personal Profile System. With a greater understanding of their leadership style, managers will improve their effectiveness and customer service and handle frustrations and interpersonal conflicts better. Textbook required.
