Description:

The Dale Carnegie Course focuses primarily on self-development of individuals and employees to enhace their self worth, productivity and leadership skills. The training is based on the philosophy that real growth and change take time, practice and solid principles with rigorous coaching. The five key areas of focus are building additional self confidence, communication - becoming persuasive and convincing, interpersonal skill development, leadership - tapping your leadership ability and effective attitude management to minimize stress. Textbook required.
