Description:

Effective and concise communication is critical to high productivity, good morale, and a strong team spirit. Supervisors will identify communication styles and adapt their delivery and message to match the styles of the recipient. Better communication skills will help supervisors to maximize creativity, influence decisions, and continually improve quality and productivity. Other topics include communication strategies, body language, and making humor work.
