Description:

Create innovative solutions using critical thinking skills and a systematic analysis approach to problems. Participants are introduced to the concept of critical thinking as a method of problem solving and decision making, and find out how to sell their solutions to decision makers for maximum buy in. The highly interactive course incorporates lectures, exercises, self assessment tools, and group critiques to maximize the understanding of the techniques discussed.
