How do you build a cohesive, cross-functional and dynamic team? This class offers not only the mechanics of the arduous task of building a functional team, but also forces the supervisor to take a hard and gritty look at his or her own supervisory style and its impact on the formation of a team. Topics that will be covered include setting the team charter, the rules of the team, inter-group dynamics, and facilitation and communication skills.
