Mentoring

Description:

Mentoring is defined as guiding another's learning and development through advising, teaching, coaching, and providing feedback. It helps organizations maintain the technical and leadership capability to meet their business goals. This training will help participants explore the system of mentoring - a knowledge management process holding the organization's wisdom and culture consistent as employees move. The course uses different asessment tools including online talent bank, and 360 Assessment for matching mentees and mentors and enhancing the matching interaction. Textbook required.
