Description:
Performance Management is the systematic process by which individual or team performance is aligned with organizational goals to ensure mission accomplishment. This interactive training covers the five key concepts of performance management: planning, monitoring, developing, assessing, and rewarding. Participants will discuss planning work and setting expectations; developing employees; assessing and rewarding performance. Other topics include communicating performance, creating performance standards, and giving feedbacks. Textbook required.
