This highly interactive workshop addresses the critical importance of supervisors in preventing, addressing, and resolving conflict in the workplace. Specific approaches will be explored as strategies to resolve conflicts with individuals and groups. The Thomas- Killman Conflict Mode Instrument will be used. Textbook required.
