Description:

Students learn the basic principles of ecology. They study the interrelationships of plants and animals with physical and biotic factors of the environment, the structure and composition of terrestrial and aquatic communities, and population dynamics. Also included are competition, predator-prey interactions, nutrient cycles, and energy flow.
