Principles of Genetics Laboratory

Description:

Students investigate the basic principles of genetics using various organisms (drosophila, bacteria, green plants, and animal cells). Students use various laboratory techniques including paper chromatography and gel electrophoresis, computer simulations are used and statistical analysis is emphasized throughout the course.
