Introductory Chemistry

Course Credits: 3
Prerequisites: MTH-1080 RDG-0800


Description:

Students with little or no chemistry background prepare for college-level chemistry (CHE-1200). Topics are both descriptive and mathematical and include acids and basis, atomic structure, chemical equations, chemical language, gases, molecular structure, solution chemistry, and chemical mathematics. This course will probably not transfer. The tuition for this course is equivalent to a three-credit course. Grades for this course are pass or fail.
