Description:
Apply the art of communicating with diplomacy and tact when dealing with the constituency of a public agency. Whether or not the communication is on the phone, or in person, or over the Internet, this training will cover the skill areas to apply when ones does not have all the necessary information. Tips on responsive language, listening skills and other communication areas will be covered. Two course hours are set by the contract with client. Textbook required.
