In this introduction to the use of a computer for mechanical drafting and design, students have extensive practical experience with an interactive computer graphics system. Previous computer experience is not needed, but basic knowledge of drafting and x-y coordinates is helpful. This course is combined with credit course DFT-1320. Textbook required.
