Description:
This hands-on practical course will explore fun and easy ways of motivating children age 2 to 12 to participate in cooking, kitchen duties, making and eating healthy food and exercising for fun and fitness. Participants will discuss the latest research on the fitness and nutritional needs of children and learn how to incorporate those findings into the daily lives of the kids in their care.
