Description:
Students develop an understanding of the basic theories and principles affecting the physical, social, emoitional, and intellectual development of children. Observations in child care settings will be required in addition to regular class lectures. This course combined with EDU-1012 meets Maryland requirements for senior staff in licensed child care facilities.
