The Taste of Tea

Description:

The leaves of the tree Camellia sinensis have had great impact on the history of the world, especially since their introduction into Europe early in the 17th century. We will explore a bit of the history of tea, examine some samples of the major tea types, i.e., green, oolong, black, and flavored, and prepare infusions from them in order to experience the distinctive differences between them.
