Description:
Students demonstrate application of comprehensive knowledge and skills of nursing assistants in a clinical setting. This course, accompanied by HTH-6170, Nursing Assistant Fundamentals, meets eligibility requirements to become a certified nursing assistant through the Maryland Board of Nursing and/or to take the geriatric nursing assistant competency exam. This course is combined with credit course HTH-1825. Textbook required.
