Description:
This course prepares students to perform selected clinical procedures in physicians' and health care providers' offices. Skills include the application of infection control measures, preparing patients for physical examinations, giving medications under the supervision of a physician, measuring and recording vital signs, and collecting, preparing, and transporting specimens. This course is combined with credit course HTH-1950. Textbook required.
