Registrants demonstrate application of comprehensive knowledge and skills of the nursing assistant in a clinical setting. This course, accompanied by HTH 6170 - Nursing Assistant Fundamentals, meets eligibility requirements to become a certified nursing assistant through application to the Maryland Board of Nursing and to take the Geriatric Nursing Assistant competency exams. This course is combined with credit course HTH-1830L.
