This introductory course is designed for cnstruction professionals with no background in the Spanish language. Participants learn communication strategies appropriate for Hispanic employees. Contents include terminology related to commercial construction, tools, human resources and work instructions. Elements related to cultural diversity are also explored. Textbook required.
