Description:
What is true aromatherapy? That question will be answered and a brief history of aromatherapy will be presented. Not all oils are created equal. Safety and general precautions will be explained. Some experience with aromas will be offered. Various mediums will be explored to include Inhalation, Cotton Balls, Steam and Diffusion. Application of hot and cold compresses and massage will also be demonstrated.
