Description:
Students learn the basic principles of the human immune system in health and disease. The course covers factors involved in host response to foreign antigens, and detection of disease based on antigen antibody reactions using various immunologic methods. In addition various techniques and applications of immunochemistry are studied. Passing grade in this course is C.
