Description:
Students learn and practice blood bank procedures including ABO, Rh-Hr typing and detection, identification of antibodies, antiglobulin testing and compatibility testing. Also included are serological tests for syphilis, C Reactive Protein, and rheumatoid arthritis. MLT-2012 must be taken in the same semester. MLT-2011 and MLT-2011L must be taken in the same summer. This course is offered in the summer only. Passing grade in this course is C.
