Students learn and practice techniques used to isolate and identify medically important fungi, parasites and other organisms. Also included are anaerobic bacterial studies and antimicrobial susceptibility testing. MLT-2014 and MLT-2016 must be taken in the same semester. Passing grade in this course is C.
