Description:
This course is for licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are preparing to enter the associate degree nursing program. LPN students apply the nursing process, critical thinking, and communication skills and explore common biopsychosocial conditions across the lifespan, refining and updating previous learning while providiing care to patients in a variety of settings. This course is designed for the LPN who is transitioning into the associate degree nursing program and has limited recent work experience as an LPN. A grade of c is required to pass the course.
