Description:
Students learn about the life cycle of records, beginning with their creation and ending with their disposition. Students learn to handle the types of correspondence, forms, and microforms most frequently found in today's offices. Basic principles of filing will be covered including alphabetic, consecutive, numeric, terminal-digit numeric, subject, alphanumeric, and geographic. Textbook required.
