Description:
In this required legal specialty course, students learn the major techniques of legal research. Various types of legal writing and research tools are introduced. Proper citation forms are stressed along with case briefings and use of the law library. Independent research time in law library is required in addition to scheduled class time. Refer to the Schedule of Classes for specific information.
