Description:
Physical Therapy Assistants will learn to assist with the management and rehabilitation of the patients with cardiopulmonary disease. Topics will include anatomy and physiology of the cardiopulmonary system, common pathologies that require physical therapy intervention, cardiac rehabilitation concepts, the appropriate use of monitoring tools and patient education.
