Description:

Employees should plan for their retirement as early as possible. Decisions made now regarding benefits, financial and investment matters will have a significant impact on your retirement. This training will provide federal employees covered under the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) or the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) with guidance and information on the laws and regulations governing their federal benefits. Informed decisions made early in an employee's career will ultimately determine an employee's readiness for retirement. Textbook required.
