Description:
This is a fun, interactive session that focuses on helping people better prepare and participate in their annual team planning meetings. Understanding the process and people's role in that process will be discussed. Strategies on how to best prepare for the meeting and tips for better involvement and participation will also be addressed. The session will give participants tools and strategies to assist staff in implementing plans and techniques to keep the meeting moving forward.
