Description:
This is an uplifting, interactive session that focuses on the importance of helping staff create plans that actually reflect the goals and directions that are important to the people they support. The training will help participants to develop the skills to plan with as opposed to plan for the person. Participants will learn strategies to plan implementation and will have an opportunity to practice skills.
