Career Assessment

Description:

Participants will use nationally recognized assessment tools, including MBTI and Harrington-O'Shea to identify personality traits and occupational interests and skills for future career decisions. Utilizing a formal decision-making model, students proceed systematically through a career planning process consisting of self assessment, career exploration, decision making, goal setting, and planning. Students identify those barriers that might prevent them from attaining their goals.
