Description:
This course is designed to provide the handicapped the opportunity to exercise in the water. Students will learn the methods for accessing the pool, compensating for mobility restrictions, and utilizing available adaptive equipment. Programmed exercises are used to extend range of motion, increase strength, improve mobility, and develop the greatest possible stamina.
