Description:
The Environmental Technology certificate program offers an opportunity for professional development for those employed at the technician level in environmentally related fields. The courses are also open to anyone with the necessary prerequisites. Required courses assist students in developing computational, writing, math, and sampling skills. Students also acquire a basic understanding of environmental science and environmental law.
Courses taken toward this certificate may be applied to the associate degree in Environmental Technology.
The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 20.
